2024 Annual Dues notices & reminders were mailed in May & June, respectively. The deadline to pay to avoid the $50 late fee was June 29th. Please turn in your dues ASAP if you haven't already done so. Email the HOA if you have any questions.

Reminders:

There is a new member buy-in fee of $100 for the Glendale Estates HOA.

Don't forget to email the HOA for approval prior to construction of any fences or outdoor structures.
