The annual HOA meeting will be held at the Chatham Public Library on April 8th at 6:00 p.m.
The HOA is going paperless in 2025! Please use the "Resident Registration" link at the top of the page to share your email with the HOA. This change will go into effect after 2025 dues letters are mailed this summer. Please let us know if you prefer to keep receiving mailed letters.
Board Nominations:
Send us an email or click the button below if you would like to help out with the HOA! Board nomination forms will be mailed out in February and due back by March 14th, 2025. The HOA is required to have at least 3 board members.
Reminders:
There is a new member buy-in fee of $100 for the Glendale Estates HOA.
Don't forget to email the HOA for approval prior to construction of any fences or outdoor structures.Â
