Prior to starting construction, an application for approval of plans must be submitted to the Architectural Control Committee. This applies to fences, mailboxes and outdoor structures (for example sheds). Fill out the application in its entirety and email to hoaglendaleestates@gmail.com.
The Village of Chatham also requires a permit for fences, structures, and structural additions.
