The 2026 Glendale Estates Annual HOA Meeting will be held April 6th at 6:30 p.m. at the Chatham Public Library, 600 E. Spruce Street.
2026 HOA Dues of $75 will be due June 12th. Reminders will be emailed closer to date.
The HOA has gone paperless! Please use the "Resident Registration" link at the top of the page to share your email with the HOA. This change went into effect after 2025 dues letters were mailed in May 2025.
Board Nominations:
Send us an email or click the button below if you would like to help out with the HOA! The HOA is required to have at least 3 board members.
Reminders:
There is a new member buy-in fee of $100 for the Glendale Estates HOA.
Don't forget to email the HOA for approval prior to construction of any fences or outdoor structures.
